About Pitchix

Pitchix was created in 2007, and has been growing rapidly ever since. It started out doing a few private courses and one on one appointments, and now Pitchix runs courses in schools and for corporate groups.

We have been doing courses mainly throughout Auckland and Waikato but as we are growing so is our coverage! More and more women are showing interest from around NZ. So keep an eye on "Book a course" page for details of when a course is coming to a town near you.

Owner Kendyl Coleman is a qualified mechanic who races a drift car in her spare time. "Many women have often approached me asking how I got into cars, and how they wish they knew more. Pitchix is the perfect tool for women to learn more about cars whether they just want to do a basic course or want to get placed on a race car team pit crewing, or even driving"

If you already own a car we can do the course showing you where everything is on your car, or if you don’t yet own a car we use one of ours.

If you already know the basics, we are in the progress of finalising our advanced course which be a lot more hands on.
